Every stage of production, from design and engineering through to the finished product, is managed in-house and monitored through structured procedures.
Risk assessment, process parameter verification and material control ensure operational continuity and compliance with customer requirements.
The annual Management Review ensures alignment between business processes, company objectives and regulatory developments.
FSC® Certification
Scatolificio TS also manufactures FSC®-certified packaging using materials sourced from responsibly managed forests and controlled supply chains.
The certification ensures the traceability of raw materials throughout the chain of custody and enables customers, upon request, to adopt packaging solutions that comply with the environmental standards applicable in their target market.

Materials intended for food-contact applications are selected in compliance with regulatory requirements regarding composition, purity and suitability.
Packaging solutions intended for direct contact with foods with extraction properties are manufactured using virgin fibre papers and boards, in accordance with applicable legislation.
All inks used in the printing process are exclusively water-based and comply with the safety requirements applicable to food packaging.
Research & Development - MARLIC Project
Scatolificio TS participates in the MARLIC Project, a research initiative involving companies and universities in the development of innovative biomaterials.
The project focuses on the study of sustainable solutions and the evolution of packaging materials, with particular attention to technical performance and compatibility with industrial manufacturing processes.
